Our accomplishments are much more than just the speed of our final car. It's the hard work we spent on CAD modelling, manufacturing, surface finishings, renderings. Every phase leaves its mark, and is worth celebrating.

Digital Genesis — Modeling & Rendering
Complete 3D modeling in Fusion 360, covering chassis structure, suspension geometry, and aerodynamic shell. We have refined our digital design over eight iterations, using aerodynamic simulations to find and target imperfections in our design.

Machined to Form — One Body
The body is cut by machine to the CAD form, bringing our design to life. Chassis, shell, and volume come off the mill as a single piece.

Finish Work — Sanding & Spraypainting
Hand sanding smoothens the car body, removing bumps on the surface for optimal aerodynamic flow. Foam putty is applied to cover microscopic holes in the foam for smoothness on a microscopic level. Finally, spray painting gives the car shine, and its signature Hyperion color palette.
